Ajeesh A K is an Assistant Professor of English at SR University, India. His research engages with Environmental Humanities and Energy Studies, with a particular focus on petrocultures, energy justice, and extractivism in the Global South. He works at the intersection of cultural theory and ecological thought, exploring themes within extractive, mineral, and lithic environmental humanities.

Moussa Pourya Asl is an Assistant Professor at Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University. He previously served as an Affiliate at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Oulu, Finland, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Mazandaran, Iran. He earned his PhD in Literary Studies from Universiti Sains Malaysia, where he also held the position of Senior Lecturer from 2018 to 2023. His research interests include diasporic literature, gender studies, and cultural studies. Moussa has edited two volumes&$8212;Gender, Place, and Identity of South Asian Women (2022) and Urban Poetics and Politics in Contemporary South Asia and the Middle East (2023)—and has published numerous articles and guest-edited several special issues on postcolonial and diasporic literature and theory for leading academic journals.

Biraj Biswas is a Doctoral Research Scholar at the Department of Literature & Languages (English), SRM University AP, Andhra Pradesh, India. His research interests include Partition Literature, Dalit Studies, Memory and Trauma Studies, and Indian Writing in English. In his PhD persuasion, he is exploring the intersection of Partition memory, history, and Dalit identity in context of Bengal’s partition. He has published two book reviews in the Journal of Postcolonial Writing, and one in Memory Studies. ORCiD: 0009-0000-7166-3918.

Nandini Gayen is a doctoral scholar at Banaras Hindu University. Her research interests include cultural theory, gender studies, and postcolonial studies, focusing on Bengali literature. Her work examines colonial paradigms and contemporary discourse, highlighting marginalised perspectives. She has presented at national and international conferences and published articles. Her upcoming works include Bhadramahila Chronicles (Cambridge Scholars Press) and a study of the Kallol magazine in Development in Practice. ORCiD: 0009-0006-9359-0194.

Yidan Hu is currently a PhD candidate in theatre studies at the University of Glasgow. Her research interests include theatre history of twentieth century drama, theatre translation, and cross-border theatre. She holds a MA in translation studies and has provided translation services for IOHA (The Institute of Human Anatomy), IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare) and HoGem, a high-tech enterprise in Beijing. In parallel with her academic research, she is also an active practitioner and organiser in the field of intercultural performance. As a founding member and current organiser of the UofG Peking Opera Society, she has curated exhibitions at the university's Advanced Research Centre and directed public performances at Websters Theatre in Glasgow, aiming to foster critical dialogue between traditional Chinese operatic forms and contemporary global audiences.

Deepjoy Katuwal is an Assistant Professor of English in the School of Social Sciences & Humanities at VIT-AP University, Vijayawada, India. Deepjoy's teaching and research interests lie at the intersection of Himalayan Studies, South Asian Culture and Society, and Identity Politics. ORCiD: 0000-0002-8785-2550.



Sudesh Manger is an Assistant Professor of English in the School of Social Sciences & Humanities at VIT-AP University, Vijayawada, India. His PhD thesis specialised in Translation Studies and the history of Nepal. His scholarly work focuses on the intersections of language, culture, and historical narratives, with a particular emphasis on the dynamics of translation in South Asian contexts. ORCiD: 0000-0003-0392-7859.
Roya Monsefi is an Associate Professor of Translation Studies and the former Head of English Department at Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University, Tabriz, Iran. She received her PhD in Translation Studies from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. Her research interests include literature in translation, cultural studies, and translation and gender.

Bidisha Pal is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Literature and Languages (English), SRM University, AP, Andhra Pradesh, India. She earned a doctoral degree with the topic the 'Role of Translation in Mainstreaming Dalit Literature: A Study of Bengali Dalit Writings' in 2023 from the Deptartment of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Her areas of interest are Translation Studies, Dalit Literature, Indian Writing in English, Subaltern Studies, and Modern and Postmodern Literature. She has publications in journals of international repute such as the Journal of Postcolonial Writing, The Translator, South Asian Popular Culture, Journal of Ethnography and Folklore, Journal of International Women’s Studies, Contemporary Voice of Dalit, Quarterly Review of Film and Video, and Journal of World Literature to name a few. Apart from having three book chapters with Routledge, she has also published chapters with the University of Cordoba Press, Worldview Press, and Authorspress. Puja Raj is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy, Alliance University (Bangalore, India). With a deep commitment to interdisciplinary teaching and research, her areas of expertise include ethics, epistemology, feminist philosophy, film studies, gender studies, and cultural theory. Her scholarly work delves into intersectionality, gender dynamics and ethical concerns in contemporary society. She has published several research articles and book chapters in various renowned publishing houses, including Sage Journal, Brill, Levant Books, BlueRose One, and upcoming works in Peter Lang Academia, Springer Nature, University of South Carolina Press, Manchester University Press, Bloomsbury, Emerald, and Routledge Taylor & Francis.

Flora Rousselis a Postdoctoral Fellow (FRQ) in the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at McGill University (Montreal/Tiohtiá:ke), Canada. At the intersection of Queer, Feminist, Intersectional, and Literary Studies, she works on the concepts and representations of corporeality, the abject, relationality, and desire in contemporary cultural productions in French, German, Japanese, and Anglo-Nigerian. She is also interested in exophonic literature, especially as exemplified by the novels of Yoko Tawada. Her research has been published in both national and international journals (Études francophones, Canadian Review of Comparative Literature, Journal of World Literature), and she has presented her work in Canada and abroad.

Ashita Thakur is an Assistant Professor of Communication at Adani University, Ahmedabad and is also allied with the Adani University, Ahmedabad. She is simultaneously pursuing her PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, working on the intersections of labour and entertainment to figure out how they are inextricably intertwined and represent societal shifts in modern times. Her primary academic interests are Cultural Studies, Television Studies, Hallyu Studies, and Labour.

Ranran Zhang is a researcher at College of Foreign Languages, Donghua University, Shanghai, China. She got her joint PhD degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and City University of Hong Kong. Her research interests touch upon comparative drama, postcolonial translation, gender studies, and affect theory. Her studies have been published in journals like Comparative Drama, TDR: The Drama Review, Culture as Text, Journal of Literature, Theatre and Culture Studies, and Journal of Arts and Humanities.
